Place in bright, indirect light. Avoid direct harsh sun, drafts, and heat/AC vents for the first few days.

Water Wisely

Soil is pre-moistened for travel. Water only when the top inch of soil is dry. Do not overwater!

Be Patient & Observe

Some yellowing or drooping is normal. It can take a few weeks to fully acclimate. New green growth is a great sign!

Transport Conditions

Live plants ship in standard transit conditions.

Minimum safe temperature: 0 °C (32 °F). If your destination forecast is at or below 0 °C, you must add a Heat Pack in the Shipping Options at checkout to avoid freezing risk.

Import Permits & Licenses

Many countries require an import permit for live plants. Customers are responsible for securing all permits before we ship. Regulations can change without notice—always verify with your national authority.

Region guide:

United States: No permit needed for 12 or fewer plants. Import permit required for 13 or more.
Canada: Import license required
United Kingdom & EU: Import license required (country-specific rules apply)
All Other Countries: Import license likely required—please confirm with your customs or agriculture ministry
